Greetings! The objective of this thread is to lay out a visual list of all relevant speed tiers in the HFOU metagame. The list will include all fully-evolved Pokemon with some exceptions like pre-evolutions with a viable place in the metagame. If you have any recommendations, please do not hesitate to post. However, do not suggest speed creeping.
